Shhh, some on here don't like it when some one say we should prioritise survival over a cup run, they'd be happy to see us in the championship if it means a day out at Wembley in May.

Our average league position since I’ve been West Ham is 11.7 So I’m gonna say about 11th

33/1 Us winning more than half our winnable games 100/1 Us not having a series of crucial injuries 1,000,000/1 us completing a couple of decent signings

I long ago learnt to expect the unexpected as far as West Ham are concerned. So now I try to avoid forming expectations.
And yet I still often end up disappointed.

I'll be disappointed if we don't finish with 50 points A lot of those games are winnable providing we get a couple of decent players in and everybody stays fit!

Continue as we are. Lose a few, win and draw a few. Finish about 13th or 14th but never be really clear of the teams at the bottom.
Dont expect much in the cup. We will still be focused on survival.

Given a fully fit squad (and investment a proper squad) then I would expect us to push on to tenth or better, but i think as it is we’ll sputter to survival and 40 points.

I expect us to put in spirited performances against the big teams and expect us to struggle to play creative, expansive football against everyone else.
That'll mean a number of disappointing results and some scrappy wins.
But that's exactly what I'll always expect with Moyes in charge

We’ll beat someone we expect to get beaten by, but also lose to someone we should beat.
Predictvwe’ll Finish 9th and go out of the cup in the quarter finals to the eventual winners

You never know with West Ham but my guess would be;
5 wins 4 draws
45 points and finish roughly where we are now, hope that Rice and Hernandez to get a run in the side and show their respective qualities.
If we do this and continue to improve our play (we looked a very entertaining side for around 30/35 minutes of the first half yesterday) then I’d say on balance Moyes probably deserves an extension.

PPG average under Moyes is 1.41 compared to 1.08 over the whole season.
If we continue at Moyes' rate we'll end up on 46 points which (which would be 53 over a whole season).
But.......This is West Ham, so I have no idea, and we definitely need some additions to continue at that rate.

Would love it if we signed a good couple of players and had some luck with injuries settled midtable and really had a go at the cup.
If we don't sign a couple even passable players and/or have more big injuries we could very well be dragged back down. Crazy table below 8th (even 6th) so I would say just going by odds, we probably won't be relegated.

Relegation. Our squad gets smaller and smaller and still our disgusting chairmen dither over whether to honour the assurances they gave just a few weeks ago.
While others strengthen their squads the chairmen continue to demonstrate they couldn't give a damn about the fans, why don't they just p#ss off!!

Injuries will deplete our squad and all those below us will catch up thanks to their new signings.
We will have to beat Everton with a squad of 9 men on the last day to stay up.
ICF will beat the shit out of Sullivan and Brady as Big San Dora a victory dance around the track

Morning COFFEE, I expect 42 Points at this stage. If they don't give Moyes and Co a new contact then I am finished with these Clowns running my Club and the one I have supported for 52 years. Crowds up by 20k a fortnight ...revenue on this shall we say 2m a month plus .So why are we not reinvesting it into playing personel. DISGRACEFUL.
